NTL APPLICATION  

- has Indefinite Leave to Enter/Remain stamp on passport;

- Your indefinite leave has not been cancelled or revoked;

- You have resided in the UK since obtaining indefinite leave and has not lived outside the UK for more than two years; and

- You are in the UK at the time of application

BRP APPLICATION

- Has Biometric Residence Permit card

- Your leave has not been cancelled, revoked, or curtailed;

- You have at least 8 weeks before the end of your permitted stay in the UK (If you apply too late, you may not be allowed to transfer your leave and you will not get a refund); and

-You are in the UK at the time of application.

 TOC APPLICATION

- Has Limited Leave to Enter/Remain

- Your leave has not been cancelled, revoked, or curtailed;

- You have at least 8 weeks before the end of your permitted stay in the UK (If you apply too late, you may not be allowed to transfer your leave and you will not get a refund); and

-You are in the UK at the time of application.
