Switching Into This Category
Switching Tier 1 exceptional talent visa if you currently have leave to remain in the below categories you are eligible to switch and apply for a Tier 1 –Exceptional Talent visa (subject to meeting the requirements for a Tier 1 – Exceptional Talent visa in the Immigration Rules):
1. Any Tier 2 Category
2. Tier 5 (Temporary Worker) – sponsored n the Government Authorised Exchange sub-category in an exchange scheme for sponsored researches
Categories You Can Switch Into
If you current have leave to remain on a Tier 1 – Exceptional Talent visa, you will be able to switch into the following categories (subject to meeting the requirements specific to each category):
1. Any Tier 2 Category except Intra Company Transfer
2. Spouse/ Child dependant of Points Based System migrant
3. Spouse/ Child of a British Citizen or Settled Person
