Discover Hong Kong 2023: How To Get Free Flight Tickets

In an effort to revitalise tourism after a challenging period, the Hong Kong government has introduced an exciting ‘Hello Hong Kong’ campaign to cover the cost of your plane ticket to visit the city in 2023

The initiative was giving away a total of 500,000 tickets globally since March and they now have their sights aimed at the United Kingdom.

Travellers in the UK will be able to apply for the free tickets from 09 May through 15 May 2023.

Those who live in the US or Europe are yet to become eligible for the free tickets.

How To Get Free Flight Tickets

Cathay Pacific is now gifting 3,260 round-trip tickets from the UK to Hong Kong as part of the ‘World of Winners’ state-funded campaign.

Seats are available to win for London Heathrow and Manchester departures on Cathay Pacific.

“As the home carrier for Hong Kong we take great pride in the close relationship we have with the UK,”
Kinto Chan, Cathay’s General Manager, Europe.

People hoping to win a free flight must sign up to become a rewards member through Cathay’s website and correctly answer the questions on the signup form.

Each successful entrant on a first come, first served basis will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem their tickets.

They must be redeemed between 5 June and 4 July.
