To apply for Romania's Digital Nomad Visa, you will need to meet the following requirements:

Have a valid passport that is valid for at least six months beyond your stay in Romania.
Be a freelancer, remote worker, or entrepreneur who can provide evidence of your work status, such as a contract, invoice, or statement of your work history.
Average income must be 3x the gross average salary in Romania, for each of the previous 6 months before applying (and for the duration of the visa).
Provide evidence of health insurance that is valid for the entire period of your stay in Romania.
Have no criminal record.
Demonstrate sufficient funds to support yourself while living in Romania.
Complete the online application form and pay the visa fee.

Once you have gathered all the necessary documents and completed the application process, your application will be reviewed by the Romanian authorities.

If your application is approved, you will receive a digital nomad visa that allows you to stay in Romania for up to one year, with the option to renew for another year if desired.
