Recruiter is responsible for whole recruitment process, such as discuss regularly with different departments manger to meet them needs and attract candidates by various sources.
- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
- Develop and update job descriptions and job requirements.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to different job platforms.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
- Provide completed recruiting reports to HR manager.
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management.
- Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
- Knowledge of social media recruiting.
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers.
- Familiarity with HR databases softwares.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Work experience as a Recruiter could be an advantage.
