Job Description

  • Design and implement overall recruiting strategy.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job requirements.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to different job platforms.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
  • Provide completed recruiting reports to HR manager.


  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management.
  • Ability to conduct different types of interviews.
  • Knowledge of social media recruiting.
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers.
  • Familiarity with HR databases softwares.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work experience as a Recruiter could be an advantage.
