  1. All employees, volunteers, and contractors of IaM are obligated to maintain the confidentiality of all personal and sensitive information obtained from clients. This includes but is not limited to identifying information, financial information, medical information, and any other information that could be used to identify or harm the client.

  1. All client information collected by IaM is done so with the explicit consent of the client. We only collect information that is necessary to provide our services and will not use any client information for any other purpose without first obtaining the client’s consent.

Information Storage and Security

  1. All client information collected by IaM is stored securely and accessed only by authorised personnel. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect client information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. We ensure that all employees, volunteers, and contractors are trained in data protection and are required to sign a confidentiality agreement.

Information Disclosure

  1. IaM will only disclose client information where required to do so by law or where we have obtained the client’s explicit consent. We will never disclose client information to any third party without first obtaining the client’s consent, except where necessary to provide our services or where required by law.

Reporting Breaches

  1. In the event of a breach of confidentiality, IaM will take immediate steps to investigate and contain the breach. We will notify affected clients and any relevant authorities where required by law.
