The brother of Musa Gibba was stopped of enter in UK by the Immigration Office.
Musa Gibba brother should donate kidney for life saving transplant.
Of course, no matter what, this situation is heartbreaking.
Lets analyse better: why the Entry Clearance of his brother was refused?
The Immigration Office ruled there was unqualified evidence he was intending to stay not permanently, even though Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust providing documents supporting his application.
A Home Office spokesman said: “All applications are considered on their individual merits, including any compelling and compassionate circumstances, and in line with the immigration rules.”, defending the decision.
And with all this, there is a question we might have to do: “Should Immigration bosses need to use compassion, in cases like this?”.
